My fiancé and I have always loved this restaurant. Until our last visit a few months ago. I ordered my usual burrito don ramon, and the waitress asked me if I wanted guacamole with it… I said no confused because it never came with guac, I thought maybe they changed the menu. Someone else brought out our food and I’m not sure what I received but it was not what I ordered. I’m not someone who ever sends food back or complains but I really wanted what I went there for and what I always order, so I spoke up and told our waitress Andrea who proceeded to tell me that I ORDERED WRONG? She showed me her note pad that did not have burrito don ramon anywhere on it… I have only ever gotten that so why would I have got something else I didn’t like? I was dumbfounded by the back talk, so my fiancé spoke up and asked if she could just bring me what I ordered. Andrea stated she had to talk to her manager.. because she got my order wrong? Okay.. she came back and said she can bring me what I ordered THIS TIME, but that I need to make sure I know what I’m ordering… huh?!???? As she was taking the wrong food away she said that the food was going to waste and it was my fault. As if anyone in the back wouldn’t have ate it happily? Or taken it home?? My fiancé had enough at this point and wanted to leave. I said no I really want the food that I ordered from the beginning. So I sipped my drink and waited again. Finally I got my actual order. After that we didn’t see our waitress until the bill came. And guess what? We got the wrong bill… our bill would’ve been around $70+ for everything we ordered. But hey this is the bill SHE BROUGHT, so it must be ours right, since that’s how it works here? What a joke. I have NEVER been so uncomfortable in a restaurant. One bad egg ruined the whole restaurant for us, and we will not be giving them our money anymore.
