Don Cuco Mexican Restaurant Newhall

Great service, beautiful space, and great fundamentals-meats were tender, chips were fresh and hot, etc. They go a little easy on the spices. Probably what people in the area prefer, but a little frustrating at this price point. Still worth your time, and absolutely the spot for milder palettes.

Not like it was when I was a kid

I, and my wife, didn't eat there. We were escorted to our table then escorted out by a waiter playing animal control. He's, was an ahole. We, rather eat at Don Cucos in toluca lake. Way better food, drinks and service.

Portions keep getting smaller and smaller. At one point we were regulars but my last visit was disappointing, for the price they charge and the food ratio, I no longer recommend.
