Domo Sushi

Best spicy tuna roll I’ve ever had. This man cares about the art of making sushi. Flavor, ingredients, presentation is top notch.

Had a really nice time at this restaurant. The older couple working the restaurant was incredibly nice and patient (we had two small children). We ordered several sushi rolls, spicy edamame, gyoza and a couple orders of nigiri, all were really good. The miso soup was exceptional. Probably the best soup and sushi I’ve had in Arizona. The only thing I wouldn’t order again is the teriyaki chicken. Try the spicy garlic tuna roll

Entering the place, the atmosphere is very welcoming. Great vibe. We seated ourselves and were immediately presented with warm vibes and menus from our waitress. The food is absolutely unreal. This is without a shadow of a doubt the best sushi we’ve ever had in the valley. So glad we came across, and will absolutely be back.

I’ve been here twice and it is the best sashimi I’ve had in the valley. This time I ordered the Chirashi and was delighted. It was delicious and beautifully presented. Picture worthy, though I didn’t think of snapping a pick because I couldn’t wait to dig in. It’s a bit out of the way, but worth the drive. The staff are friendly and the place has a nice relaxed atmosphere. I will definitely be back and probably with more frequency in the future. This place is absolutely amazing. The service was great and the food was so great!! If your in the area for Sushi this is a diamond in disguise!

I was very impressed with this quaint, warmly decorated spot. My girlfriend and I were the only ones in the restaurant which, after having finished the food, I am stunned by. It is against my own interest to say this but this place should be packed. The proprietor was warm and friendly, the fish was extremely fresh, and the price was very fair. I live in New England and eat sushi frequently, and even there I would be surprised if I was served sushi this fresh. A must visit spot!

Delicious sushi & sashimi. Enjoyed a lovely lunch here. Surprisingly empty, but it’s a family run restaurant. They would have trouble serving a large crowd.

The worst service I have ever experienced in a restaurant, especially when it's nearly empty. Watch your bill, I was charged more after it came back for me to sign it. I wasn't told why either, they were hoping I wouldn't notice.
