Domino's Pizza

Thank you Berkan! He arrived fast and even rolled down his window to make sure it was for me. I used to work at the Domino’s in Holden and the team was always hard working and friendly. It’s the same owner at West Boylston. When we get delivery, it comes from West Boylston cuz we live closer to there. Food has always been good! My family usually gets a cheese or extra cheese and I get either a pan pizza or pasta/sandwich. Food always arrives hot. Today I decided to get the pepperoni cheese bread cuz I like pepperoni and it was great! Stuffed bread was nice and buttery and crunchy on the outside like it should be. Thank you! : ]

I placed an order of 2 medium pizzas, bread sticks, and a 2 liter. The food had not arrived two hours after my order was placed. I called the store and they said the driver was just now leaving and would take 12 minutes. I said that was okay as long as the food was going to be hot. Long story short the food arrived cold, and my sprite was room temperature. Typically when I order from this location my food always comes late, my order is incorrect, or the quality of the food is lacking. I’m a fan of the dominoes franchise however this specific location is struggling to live up to the standard.

Better pizza than what I had in Italy.

Nothing to complain about.

Manager did not understand my request and refused a refund because she cannot speak English well enough to understand my request. Will never come back again.
