Ordered pizza and loaded tots last night, chase calls me and tells me they are out of tots and I said that’s fine I’ll take cheesy bread instead. He never once told me delivery was going to take over two hours. I called back again a short while later, and wanted to double check I ordered two garlic sauces. Again, no mention of my delivery being delayed. Finally I call back an hour and 15 minutes after I placed my order to see how much longer it was going to be, to then be told it will be another 45 minutes to an hour. I told Chase the delivery app shows it was on its way, he had no idea where my order was or if it was on its way and told ME to call him back in 10 minutes to let him know if my pizza arrived. It was just unacceptable customer service. And all I got after expressing my frustration was “you can get a refund, sorry”. Obviously a refund is justified I just expected a little more professionalism but clearly it’s a poor managed restaurant. This is my problem, if you knew you were short on delivery drivers you could have told me that when I placed my order. Instead my family and I had to order pizza from somewhere else and wait even longer to eat. We don’t eat pizza often so when we do it’s a treat, and it was a real bummer to be treated like this.
This place is NOTORIOUS for undercooked pizza pies & subpar customer service!!. You’re no manager sir!! PLEASE BEWARE!
Delivery order marked as complete but never delivered
3rd time in a row they’ve “delivered” the pizza with nothing there. They do nothing to compensate for it - just redelivery. Why do I even try at this point?

We order from this store often and it’s always delicious! Today they forgot a pizza in our order but I called and they immediately made it and came over without giving us any run around. I really appreciated how quickly and nicely they handled it. Had a lovely dinner after!
Waited an hour for a 20 minute order to arrive. Finally went to pick the order up and it was cold from sitting. Staff is clearly not trained how to handle situations like this offering excuses rather than apologies.
I haven't eaten at Domino's in many years. That has now changed because of this location. Absolutely delicious! And now I have to get a gym membership
