Came in to pick up my order nobody greeted me for 10 minutes. Everyone basically acted like I didn’t exist . I was just hungry that’s the only reason why I stayed for my order .
I'm a frequent visitor to this location and I've always been treated pretty well. I walked in today and told the young lady my name and she said I didn't order from this particular store so I showed her my phone with my online order and her response was “What am I looking at?”. I ended up ordering from the wrong store but I can't believe how rude she was. If you don't like your job do everyone a favor and just quit. No one wants to come in and deal with your nonsense. Right when I walked into the store she had a sour look on her face. Very disappointing. She needs to reevaluate her life. Maybe dominos isn't the place for you.
Front personnel was not polite. Given the wrong pizza. Had to return to the store to retrieve the correct pizza.
Ready as promised. Friendly service.
I am extremely disappointed with this establishment. I have been a loyal customer for years and when I had an incident and filed a complaint, the customer service I received was horrible. I spoke to a manager who refused to give me her name and was very rude. She argued with me about my delivery driver dropping my entire order on the floor in a 30-second span before completing his delivery. I have video proof of this incident which was recorded by my door camera, but the manager refused to consider it as evidence. In the video, the driver can also be seen using derogatory language right in front of my doorstep. It's a shame that not only did we have an issue with the driver, but even the employee was unable to assist me in any way. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and it's no wonder that corporations like this are failing. They fail to recognize the value of their customers and hire unfit people to provide their services. I wasn't able to upload the video proof since the system wasn't allowing me to but I provided screenshots, but I will be sharing my experience on Twitter.
ordered a pizza and when it arrived it was crushed , had the driver look at it and all he said was he couldnt do anything to call the store , called store to have it remade and when the new pie arried it was good but the driver was mad i didnt tip him as well ... told him to talk to the first driver he didnt want to hear it i wish there was a way that the new driver got the tip not the first but i am not double tipping on a single order
