Ordered Delivery, “q begin preparing at 8:03” here it is nothing has changed on the app and it is now 9:04 still no pizza!!
I ordered 2 medium pizzas and redeemed points for a chicken carbonara pasta. I arrived 40 minutes after placing my order, to be told at the drive through window my order just went in the oven, and would be 15 more min. They did not appear to be busy. I drove around to wait. I received my food and drove the 15 minutes home. When I opened the pasta, I noticed there was no chicken in the dish. The pasta dish with chicken in the name contained no chicken. I tried several times to call the location, but noone answered the phone. Not happy with my purchase.
I'm so ticked right now! Can't talk to a real person for anything, because you know my phone number and that we just picked up our order, so seems you don't want to own up to what was wrong. Yeah, leave me on hold for 10 minutes. I have never called and complained to any food company, but this one has me ticked. Especially with your customer service. I'm owed back what I paid for and didn't get
I was just at your store (4/6/2024) at approximately 6:00 pm and received a pizza with possibly spoiled sauce. It was a spinach, feta pizza. I’ve tried calling to let them know so no one gets sick but got tired of waiting for someone to pick up. It is nasty.
