Trash... Just trash. This is what you get when you order cheese bread.
These people never do double toppings... never! They also have been frequently burning our pizza the last few months.
Ordered food today. It was not only wrong and burnt but my kids and I are now super sick.
Having a really bad time. My 77 Dollar Pizza order was wrong again tonight. this is the 3rd time in 3 orders that Dominos at 120th has gotten my order wrong. Today they sent us a box of cheesy dough bites instead of the 20$ 16 piece wings we were supposed to get. last time they forgot a coke, the time before that they sent the wrong flavor of wings.. Each time this happens someone there uses the phrase "we will credit your account" - this never seems to happen, every time i order i am still charged full price. I never got a "credit" for those bbq wings, never got my coke back. I called the support line 3 times for help, and was hung up on. When someone did pick up the phone she claimed they they didnt have a manager in. I have shown plenty of patience here - and I have had enough. we are no longer using dominos and will get our pizza elsewhere.
I ordered food here tonight and came at the time the app told me it would be ready. I waited 45 minutes with before I approached the counter for the second time wondering when my food would be ready. When I was told it would be another hour before my order would even be started I asked for a refund in cash to make sure I got my money back. Axel the general manager not only wouldn’t give me cash but he wouldn’t even give me a receipt for my purchase to make sure the refund he said would make it on my card actual did. He talked to me with an attitude that took me back because my food was already over an hour late and he acted like it was my fault. It’s no wonder this place is in shambles with leadership like that. Next time axel try an apology and possibly taking care of your customers who are already pissed off about their food not being ready an hour after the promise time. Axel I have been you and I have never spoken to a customer the way you spoke to me. You do not belong in the position you’re in. If you were better at your job your team wouldn’t look like a bunch of deer in headlights when a customer asks for a refund.
Staff is kind, quick, and helpful. The za was on point.
When you pay extra money to get extra toppings. But they have to be so strict and precise about how much extra toppings. They actually give you, but God forbid. They charge an arm and a leg up on a hundred and twentieth in mission trace. I'm about ready to start taking my business elsewhere. Because because I'm sure when they make their own pizza. When they want extra toppings, I'm sure they just load it.
Mmmmmm. I love a good cheesy pizza!
