Domino's Pizza

So yesterday I was feeling hungry Pizza so I called Domino’s. They took my order and everything the ending to submit the order and then they say that they have a problem with the computer this happened to six times and then I called Papa John’s. I ordered in 40 minutes. My Pizza came, no excuses die so embarrassing even Papa John’s is faster than Domino’s

You know what you're getting. Something close to frozen pizza. It used to be affordable. Now it cost just about the same as a local pizza place. Automated phone ordering system sucks. 5.8

They need to be more nicer

They got my order wrong. No biggie - it happens. But when I called to let them know what was wrong with the order they were rude, inconsiderate, unwilling to help, and refused to offer any type of solution. I'm usually not big on reviews but this experience was one of the worst I've ever had. The employee on the phone had me on hold for over 5 minutes, 3 times and then a 10 minute hold as well. He did this fully knowing that he had no intention of helping me. Upon arriving, the same employee handling the front said he would call the cops when in reality I hadn't raised my voice until they point. He made me feel as if he was too busy to help me when in fact it was a very simple mistake that could have been resolved without these happenings. The real manager eventually came to settle the matter and correct my order but this was an hour of my life that I cannot get back and I am sincerely disappointed with the service received today.

Let me start first with how the delivery man had me take my own food out the heating bag one pie was wet with what I have no clue I ordered a pie would half pepperoni half chicken no chicken wrong soda. Disappointing for what they charge.

Very rude couldn’t even answer simple questions and they are known to cancel dominoes reward free pizza so if you hungry and have points they will cancel it because money now matters more than the money u have spend in the past and again couldn’t even answer questions
