Domino's Pizza

Excellent delivery by Sierra,Hot and very good pizza.

First time going to this Domino's location & I was happy with the food & the service. I placed my order online & I followed it on step of its process. I waited in line for less than 10 minutes for my order also. Girl at the window was helpful when my debit card wouldn't read & waited on me to get my money switched over to my other card. I will recommend this location to others based on my experience last night. Look forward to reading from there again. Wheelchair accessibility: ♿️

They are the best domino's in Spartanburg. Definitely recommend just wished they delivered it to my address.

My first visit to this location was earlier today.Overall, I was extremely alarmed by the fact that the employees at this store DO NOT wear gloves while preparing food. I tried not to make a big deal about it and asked a specific employee to make my food and please wear gloves. However, everyone in the store heard me ask him. 20 minutes later I physically WATCHED another employee (not wearing gloves) box my food and move the container that my pasta was in with her bare hand. I politely asked who made the food, and was just told that the gentleman that I asked to make it made it. I was so irritated I just took the food and walked out. The moral of the story is: IDC what role in preparing food you have, you should wear gloves. I'm highly disappointed, mainly because I asked nicely and was dismissed and the employee without gloves didn't even bother to rectify the issue even after she heard me ask her co-worker. Never going back to this location.

Do not order from here, we waited over 30 minutes for our food, and when I seen our order was ready, the lady in there knew it was ready and continued to ignore the fact that she knew we were waiting for a good amount of time. The speed of service was awful

This is by far the worst experience ive ever had with any dominos over the years of me being a regular customer after waiting 2 hrs for our food i called the store n asked for manager after holding and hearing conversation of woman on phone manager would not take the call so chris came back to phone to ask what he could help me with i asked him about my order never asked name or anything assumed by caller id it was amber the order was in my husbands name n told me it was still on shelf when our phone stated it was made at 10:04 and being delivered at 11:34 pm i called at 12 to find out hasnt left store yet then chris told me it would be atleast 30 mins still so then said there was nothing they could do about it to call tomorrow and see what they want to do about it and was very short and rude with me saying i cant stay on phone with you so i hung up with him im so livid my husband gets up for work at 5 am here it is 12 20 am and food still hasnt arrived and the store closed at 12 am will not ever go through this again and as a manager for a pizza place ive never seen anything of this sort period highly disappointed and would not recommend to anyone need better management and customer service for sure

Placed a delivery order at 815pm to be delivered at 11:15pm. The order arrived at 12am. I called the store at 1138pm to see what happened. I was put on hold and she never came back on the phone. Then the store closed. When questioned the delivery said "I actually got here pretty quickly". And tracker quit working.

Never received my order the girl in the phone disconnected the call I call back place my order oder never got to me call back she said there ware no more drivers for the night this was December 27 2023 around 8 pm I ask if I can come get my food they said I have you place the oder again n pay for my debit card again Make no sense to my I ask to talk to management she said she was the manager so I don't know was going on in the place sure they don't know how to take care of costumes
