Domino's Pizza

WE HAD TO GO PICK UP OUR OWN PIZZA!? Feeding a family of 5 with impatient children waiting for our pizza for 2 hours! Turns out the delivery driver couldn’t see our house number and instead of CALLING our number they just left, no call, nothing. We called asking where our food was and they said sorry delivery driver couldn’t find your house…they apologized and then said he is leaving right now. 30 mins later we call back and they said he didn’t leave yet so my husband had to come get our paid delivery order. Unbelievable, we understand being busy but being LIED to is not okay nor does it make sense for the delivery guy to just leave and not call our number. Why else would we need to give all our personal info for them to not use it when needed…

Food was great. The deal I got was good too. A guy named Chris made my experience great!!

5-Star Service today at Domino’s pizza! Walked in to place a carry-out order for 1 pizza and received excellent customer service from Kayla; she placed my order and quoted me about 15 minutes. 14 minutes later I walked out with a piping hot and perfectly-sliced pizza. Super service and I’ll be back because of it! Thank you, Kayla! Wheelchair accessibility: No steps to enter and order/pick-up; not really room to dine in with a wheelchair.

The pizzas that we got were fine, but were not what was ordered. My bad that I did not open them on the counter to check again that they matched the ticket, as should have been done twice before it got to me at the counter... Did not when they were made, nor when pulled from oven into box. Staff was overwhelmed, could not push pizzas thru fast enough, had a backlog of people collecting to pickup.

2/23/24 Very surprised in the accuracy between the App and the Unit... it seemed that the unit is working in a different aspect and it seems to be more customer focused versus getting pizza out of the building. I stopped going because of that reason but we may change our pickup point. Also, the pizza was better than it used to be where then it seemed rushed.

Parking: Need the entrance fixed. Wheelchair accessibility: Need more.

Not the best place for pizza.

I ordered at 3:35, tracker said it went in the oven at 4:15. Received the order at 4:30. I ordered a diet soda, I'm diabetic so even though I enjoy soda, I need to get diet. The driver had a regular soda. The pizza was hot, I got one of the dip, marinara and cheese, and both were nice and hot, so it was fresh from the oven. I like Domino's regularly, they are as good as all the chains, but it seems that I always get not so great service. I know it is a football championship weekend, and probably shift change, but this has become the normal. The biggest advantage is Domino's is the only pizza shop I found that delivers to where I live.

Times will change back to Sunday-Thursday 10:30am-12am. Friday-Saturday 10:30am-1:00am. Starting January 29, 2024.
