Domino's Pizza

Krista the one that was prepping my food at 11:17am on Lincoln Way west South Bend. Was very rude to me and the other man that had placed an order. She had said that she doesn't know how to make the pizza and yet has a key to open the store? Plus her name was on my tracker. She finally picked the phone up after 30 minutes because I wanted my money back. She said, I spoke with my manager and I already refunded the monies back...I asked her, "so what happens if the money doesn't show back up on my gift card?" I then asked her what were her managers names-she refused to tell me and then said, that I will be giving the managers your name and telling them that you were being rude to me. I laughed and asked her how? When I first called-she had lied to me and even hung up the phone on me. I called back because I wanted my money back -because I have to be at work. Plus get my children something to eat before I leave. Anyway, she should not work there, because she lies to the customer and is blatantly rude.

This place is trash and so is the staff the manager Devin was a total jerk and refused to correct the mistakes made to my order save your money order somewhere else they are extremely disrespectful once they have your money they don't care about you getting what you paid for 000 stars deserved

Had to wait from 11 am until 5:30 p.m. for delivery. They didn't offer anything for the inconvenience. Not even points.

I love this place!! Great tasting food and fast. The people there are AWESOME and upbeat really nice talking too. My favorite is the philly cheesesteak pizza hand tossed ✌️

They got My order wrong and there medium pizza is tiny
