Great service. Polite workers. Parking: A little crowded bcuz 7-11 & a laundromat. But it's worth it. Food is so good there.
I'm currently calling and nobody is picking up my phone calls. I tired FOUR time. WHY?
Cashier was unable to locate my account up with my number for the 10th time Wheelchair accessibility: Just because of the configuration of the parking lot it was just harder than it had to be.
Don't sleep on this location. Gourmet Pizza for a great price. Their chef is an artist.
Worst experience ever. First, there is a young man who is reluctant to do his job in any way- if you ask him to explain how a large pizza costs $40, he simply says toppings add up, and if you ask how much toppings cost he replies "I don't know"! You don't know? Excuse me but you need to know if you work here! Second, you go there to see why you haven't got your order after 20 minutes, he says there is a line up- you clarify you had ordered before people on the line and he simply says you should ask someone else! Third, he comes to you at 10:30 and says they are closing even though store hours indicate 1 o'clock as the closing hour. I am calling the customer service tomorrow, never will come to Domino's anymore.
Called and manager answered, I was doing my best trying to place an order in English, at some point in the conversation he told me I have a strong accent. For real dude, and you called yourself “a manager” this is a location in Santa Ana, highly Hispanic predominant.
