Domino's Pizza

My order took an hour and 20 minutes to get delivered and I live less than a mile away. I called to see where my order was and they told me the driver had other orders. The app said Richard left at 2:57. He managed to deliver all the orders and delivered mine at 3:40! All of the food I ordered was cold and he left my order on the floor. Without knocking. Do not order from here, go to Flippin pizza instead.

wanted light cheese on my pizzas and they provided all pizzas with NO cheese and said light cheese means you have an allergy and can’t have cheese.

Been over an hour now and I have been on hold trying to figure out where my online order that was scheduled to take 20-40 minutes. already paid and store employees leave you on hold and hang-up on you. Never make my mistake and order here again. Save yourself the time and money, I can not even edit the tip to be 0% because I excepted food to actually come on-time and left them a decent one. After spending most of the 40 minutes on hold was told by manager on duty basically nothing they can do. Least that could be done is offer some compensation for super later and inaccurate delivery times and let people decide to cancel their order after incorrectly representing their time of delivery.

How does this place stay in business? Terrible service, disrespectful manager. They don’t deliver orders curbside even if that’s how it was placed and they blame it on system and argue with customers! So many bad reviews for the manager Martin and they are all true based on my own experience. Never ever ordering from this location again!

Horrible customer service do not eat here Martin was the person that helped me on the phone very rude very disrespectful. They messed up my order and refused to help me. Haley is the manager on duty and allowed him to talk to me disrespectful over the phone. I'm better off going to Pizza Hut they give better customer service and do not mess up orders. I hope corporate sees this review and can make adjustments to the team at this location Martin should not work here so rude over the phone I cannot believe how I was talk to you with that person he should never work in customer service! I truly hope they do something about their service at this location. If I could give no stars I would they don't even deserve one star!

Service is bad today Ordered chicken pizza and they ended up giving me cheese pizza. Realized after going home Have been coming here.. but this time is bad experience

Manager James made my pizza quickly and it was beautiful! Driver Richard delivered with a friendly smile and efficiently! He even made my dog happy (he loves the pets). Love this local Dominos crew.
