Domino's Pizza

They tell when place the order that the order will be ready in 20 minutes, you get to the store and they make you wait for another 30 minutes. Attitude is bad and poor customer service.

Brother, do not come here. This place is garbage. Est wait time was 20min. The lied on the 2 minute carside delivery, and when I went inside to ask about it, they told me they had to remake a pizza, I waited a whole hour just to get some mediocre pizza. Shame on me. The whole time I waited in store was some oaf yawning so loud you can hear him outside, not paying attention and most likely why I had to wait even longer. There was plenty of staff.

I really like the service and people and the pizza . I recommend their pizza . Wheelchair accessibility: I park in the handicap ♿ which is close to the store.

They don’t wear gloves.. kinda gross

Needs more staff people are being overworked and not able to keep up I appreciate their hard work but help could get a lot accomplished Kid-friendliness: My son eats with us all the time

Placed my order online at 6:57 pm. Started to drive home from the opposite way and hoped to beat the pizza delivery person as I was a good 45 min from home. I get home and see the app only says the order is being prepped. No problem, so then I shower and get my kid showered up and ready to relax for the rest of the evening, and I see the app hasn’t updated one bit. It’s 8:01 at this point, so I decide to call in and check on my order. First call in, the phone rang and rang and rang until finally someone answered and immediately placed the call on hold. I hung up and gave it a minute and called again, this time a woman answered and asked if I was wanting to call for delivery or pick up. I informed her I placed an order online at 6:57 and wanted to see what the status of my order was. She informed that I should’ve been told that the order was going to take an hour and a half after placing the order. I then told her the app said no such thing and wasn’t updating. She said the order was being delievered around 7:34-7:45. I then interrupted and informed it was already 8:15 at that point. She went silent and said, oh yeah that’s right, I’ll enable the notifications on the app for you and you can see the status of your order then.. and she then hung up. As I’m writing this, I finally got the notification that the “order is in the oven”.. geez, I’m hoping my order doesn’t arrive cold, but I’m not holding my breath about that.

For the first time in a one year or so they first got my order wrong I asked for extra sauce when I got it I didn't and now I was eating my pizza and it tasted weird I turned my flash on and my pizza was a little over cooked and a little burnt
