Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while. Ordered food to go, and instead of giving me my food when it was done, the employees put it on the hot rack. They only realized their mistake when I brought up that I didn’t have my food that I ordered 25 minutes prior. Very frustrating experience watching employees stand and walk around instead of giving me my food.
Worst customer service I've ever encountered. I believe I was speaking to the manager and she was disrespectful on top of telling me she could be giving me better service but because she assumes that I am giving an attitude. She is going to keep things right where they are. I simply went into the store to pick up my pizza after paying for delivery and I just wanted my delivery fee refunded because I'm literally in the store picking it up. That went wrong and I apologize and she still had an attitude/was rude. I never wanted to deal with an automated system so badly. Keep driving past this location. Go to the next Domino's!

I want to thank Ashley for going up above to assist me. She was pleasant and helpful. Woodland lost itz Dominos pizza. But I think I could totally make this location my new go to. let me just say Ashley I enjoyed your helpfulness and "you rock girl". Thank you so much. C T Hernandez.
