Great service & pizza

Wow... lots of bad reviews. I've only had two bad experiences in the five years living downtown and ordering from this store alot. Most of the time, they are fast, the pizza is very hot and well topped.

There’s a reason dominos is the cheap option. Staff is hardworking and cool but that’s the only positive thing that can be said about dominos

While you just can't have high expectations for any pizza chain in the first place, this one is exceptionally terrible at everything pizza places are supposed to do. Literally, all of it: food quality, delivery time, carryout, and customer service (mostly on the mgmt front). Definitely do not get delivery from this location, unless you're alright getting a coupon for more trash in return for the super late and marginally edible trash you first ordered. Carryout is almost certain to be an adventure too.

Delivery gentleman was prompt & whomever they have at the J. Street store has restored my faith in Dominos. I swore I wouldn't use the store again after last year, (see previous review). I called the Broadway store today 2:19 p.m., placed my order, paid & called back seven minutes later to inform them I'm in a gated community. They had no history of my order. I hung up called J. Street and luckily they hired someone competent. The young man had my order, entry information and was a Pleasure to deal with. Today is 1/6/24. 2:53 The driver delivered my food. Also very kind young man. Please commend both of the young men as he has brought a disgruntled customer back to Dominos. Meal was appropriately thirty on card and tip was six, handed to the driver.

Man this place has gone downhill over the last year. The big mexican guy who was here every time I ordered is gone and there's a very angry lady who appears to run the store now. The specialty chicken came with less than a half of the normal amount of chicken, cheese and sauce and was more than 20min late for in store pickup. Homeless outside begging for pizza, bad service, bad food. Don't go here until management changes.
