Constantly late, but domino's standard food.

Completely unhappy with service here place was a mess ! The 2 workers where talking about sueing dominions one already won a case against pontillos very unprofessional will never return to this location kinda upset that the owner would Allow his store to be ran like this

This location is horrible I don’t know why it hasn’t been shut down yet. They never answer the phone and if they do they’ll just hang up. Food comes cold, 2+ hours late or it’ll just get cancelled with no explanation. They need to hire new employees + managers. Beyond ghetto and horrible customer service

Ordered my Hawaiian pizza at 8:07 didn't receive my order till 11:57. I should have gotten my pizza for free. I will never order delivery from here again. I live 15 minutes from here. Tried to call to ask for my money back no one answered the phone I wanted to cancel my order.

I was sick with COVID and ordered a pizza no-contact. The delivery driver refused to leave the pizza unless she could "put it directly in my hands" and left without actually delivering said pizza. When I called the store about it I was answered by an extremely rude lady who said the driver said she tried to deliver the pizza and I refused delivery but they would be willing to swing by in 45-60 minutes and redeliver the pizza. When I asked why so long they replied "they didn't want to inconvenience the delivery driver"... Who refused to deliver my food as specified. Told them to nevermind and I'd like a refund. Never got that refund.

I order from this location once a week and they usually get my order right but somting they forget my dip sauces and they forgot my cinnamon fried twists
