I don’t usually write reviews, but this time I’m going to. I ordered an XL hand tossed pizza, that’s almost $40. When we got our pizza, they barely put any toppings on it at all- there literally almost nothing on it. And to top it off (no pun intended), they gave us a medium pizza in an XL box. :( Really frustrating since I ordered an XL so there was enough pizza for my family of 5.
Food is good but the service is lacking. The app doesn't work sometimes and it'll charge me 3 times for the order but the store won't receive my order, and the funds will be taken out of my account. They say call your bank, then the bank says to talk to the merchant. It's a mess. So I only pay cash now. I asked since the app or online isn't working, can they take my order over then phone. The rep said yes. So I started to order the usual, pick 2 or more items for $6.99 each. The rep said that's only online and wasn't willing to do that over the phone. How hard is it to help a paying customer?
Please tell me what is this! Went into Domino's today to get my emergency pizza plus another item only to open the box to find my pizza is swimming in oil. This was so disgusting to have to dab paper towel on my pizza in order to eat it and it's still so much that you just end up tossing it out. This location is usually very clean they're always friendly and the quality of their pizza isn't half bad but this is ridiculous! Do better Domino's!
I’m not sure if they just need more staff or the system needs to quote more accurate wait times. Everytime I order from this store my wait time is always quoted at 20-30 minutes but ends up taking about an hour and a half to two hours to get my order delivered. As a chain the standards have dropped. Help your staff. The quality of product lowers when they’re not able to do their jobs efficiently because they don’t have the help.
