The food was great and tasty but they are not taking care of vegetarians. It would be great that they do not handle vegetarian orders with non vegetarian orders . Vegetarian options: They should be not mixing vegetarian orders with non vegetarians orders they should either wash their hand after handling non vegetarian orders and then handling vegetadian orders or they should appoint seperate people to handle veg and non-veg orders or they could create a section seperately for vegetarian orders

Ordered a pizza delivery and was told it'd be about 45 minutes (typical wait time) As I'm watching the tracker it shows my pizza was being checked for quality at 640pm (this is after its done cooking). Well here it is 659pm and it's reflecting its being checked. I assume no one updated the tracker. Well now at 710pm it's still showing being checked so I call to inquire on delivery time. The guy on the phone tells me yeah its still here because we are short on delivery drivers and I can't do anything about that. I asked how's that the customers issue? He says well you're waiting on a pizza right? I asked for a manager and he advised he was the manager. I said well you guys shouldn't say 45 minutes if to know it's going to be longer and ask how much longer before my puzzas delivered. He says he can't tell me that. So my pizza is sitting from 640 to 715? He says yeah but it's under a light. I live walking distance so I drive to to the store and ask for my pizza and wings to be made fresh because it isn't delivered yet and don't want one that's been sitting under a light for 35 minutes. The girl making pizza starts laughing at me so I ask what's funny and she replies, "You". So she and I got into a heated exchange of words. The other manager remade my pizza as I watched closely. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! THE LEVEL OF UNPROFESSIONALISM IS BEYOND DISGUSTING
