Domino's Pizza

Last week I ordered here online, it said my order was ready so I went to pick it up. It was not ready. So I waited patiently they said it’d be about 6 more minutes. No biggie to me stuff happens. So me and my partner wait patiently. 6 mins quickly turned into 40 minutes, and they asked me my name again only to realize that one of my pizzas were missing… so they made a new one. Needless to say I waited for a little over an hour for my food. I was just going to brush it off because I’ve worked in the food/service industry and I was giving them the benefit of the doubt… Then comes tonight. I placed a small order for a pizza and cheesy bread. It was ready on time and everything was fine…. I get home and 3 out of the 8 slices are literally nothing but bubble. This upset me and I figured I’d leave a review and post a picture.

I accidentally ordered to the wrong store on the app and when I went in they fixed it and reordered it with the online coupons the night shift manager was a great guy looking out for his customers.

Complete joke, save your time and money and go elsewhere. As others have noted it will be 2+ hours for carryout. Estimated time on their website will tell you 20-30 minutes, but that is straight up b.s. If you ask for light cheese you'll probably get extra cheese, no one no what's going on in that store. Do not order from this location.

Took them over 2 hours to deliver my order, driver drove around with my order over 45 min. Food cold. Getting a hold of the actual store is impossible. Drove to the location to speak to the manager and was met with unprofessional and unfriendly individual who said they would credit me, not give me money back! Corporate claimed they would have a manager call me....never happened. Now trying to use my credit and have been on hold for 20 min and counting...I hate this location.

I've ordered the Buffalo chicken pizza for years and for some reason literally the last 10 times I've ordered it they didn't put the Buffalo sauce on it and the pizza sucked because of it. I've complained and had them remake my order several times and guess what they screwed it up again over and over.

Currently sitting here 2 hours after I ordered delivery. Decided to drive over here because I still want to make sure I get my order. We had to wait several minutes before they helped us. They also never answered the phone when we called prior to coming. They let me know it barely made it in the oven. Don’t order from this location. I’ve not had issues with other locations in this area.

The last 3 times I have ordered delivery from this Domino's, I've ended up waiting 2+ hours, or I went in to cancel my order. I ordered from here, then ordered from pizza hut and had it delivered to their parking lot before the Domino's tracker said my food was being prepared. If you want a pizza from here, order online then pick up in person. The food has always been good though.
