Great Service and Great Food!!

This store has some of the best customer service you can offer! Rafael and Arianna are both amazing managers! They are super polite and extremely helpful! They know how to make the customer happy when facing inconvenience! I highly recommend choosing this location!

The staff and food are very good. Yet, when I requested parmesan and pepper packets, they said Domino's doesn't provide those anymore and I had to buy the bottle. They blamed covid for this. COVID, in 2024. This is like McDonalds not giving ketchup with their fries, or Arby's not providing Arby's sauce for their sandwiches. Domino's, I'll go somewhere else for my lifelong piza addiction.

Ordered on saturday , January 20,2024 and my order number is 270 ordered one pizza and 32 parmesan bites and when i got. home there were only 16 parmesan bites and i called the dominos and some guy told me they wil get the manager and i was on hold for 20 mins then they just hang up. i called again they keep hanging up the phone. terrible customer service

I have seen many bad reviews of this place and I should of stayed away but wanted to give it a try. I ordered my pizza at 602pm on my app for pickup, I ordered from another place also but figuered I'd give dominos more time and went for the other order first. I arrived at dominos around 625 which according to the time frame the app gave me my pizza should of been done. I went in payed for my pizza and was told it would be done shortly so I sat down and waited with the other two people already there. While waiting I noticed that they someone would come and ask the other two for their name and go back and check the orders to see if it was theirs and after they didn't find it they would just walk around or head to the back and would stay for a while. After a while someone else would come and ask them again and do the same exact thing, walk to the orders check the name and walk around and go to the back. There is a screen inside the lobby where it says how much longer the orders have to be done, mine eventually disappeared off the screen and I patiently waited and finally when someone came to the register I stood up and asked about my order, the guy went to check the orders and found my pizza by the drive thru orders. I finally left at 652 pm after waiting over 30 minutes in the lobby and then the rest of the ones waiting got up and checked after I got my pizza. This place is really disorganized, they have many people working but they just walk around and go to the back. The only ones actually working are the ones that are making the pizzas, the rest just act like they are going someone check on people and when they don't find the order go hide so no one tells them anything. This my last time ordering here, save yourself time and stress and drive to dominos in groves!

Been ordering from this Domino's for awhile. I've never had an issue that deserves some of what these reviews say. Sure, I've have pizzas that were a bit late, but it's always been corrected by issuing me a free pizza for the next order. You can't beat that customer service. My orders are always correct and delivery is always friendly. Keep up the great work, team, and don't give up on Nederland. All of us aren't @$$holes.
