Domino's Pizza

Bad food and terrible customer service! I don't recommend this place at all. You'll do better going to the grocery store and buying a pizza then to spend your money with these people!

I ordered online, I did not realize I ordered 2 pasta dishes and a medium pizza, I get to the store and asked the "general manager" to remove 1 of the pasta dish, she did not know how to remove the item and got upset and was very rude, then I asked her for the manager opps, she was the manager, well this big fat white dude told me to leave the store, I was not being rude or ever raised my voice, the "KAREN", I mean "general manager" is upset because, I said "you don't know how to remove an item" she was punching on the computer screen and whipped it around to show me that she is pressing a button and nothing is happening, ultimately, I just had her to refund me, she then throws my order to the side, and slammed my receipt on the counter, and YUP, said leave or SHE WILL CALL THE POLICE? I am like, what the police for what? because you don't know how to work the computer? it was another customer that jumped in and was like... call the POLICE for what? the big fat due was very rude as well, I will never visit this location again. I called corporate and have a CASE against this location and my take legal action. CASE ID: 7000164. This occurred on 3/8/2024 @ approx. 6:43pm

I called in to place an order and the disrespectful ____ hung up in my face! Great customer service you losers. No wonder your reviews are so bad. Just thought I'd see for myself! .

For the past few years me and my coworkers have been ordering from this location with little to no issues. But the past couple deliveries were unacceptable. The last time I ordered the tracker showed delivered and never showed up, and when I called the store the delivery driver “David” got on the phone and tried to argue that I already got my food, that he delivered it at a location three buildings down from where I work, and called me by the wrong name. When they finally admitted to taking it to the wrong location I was able to get a refund. Will not be ordering again.

Their deals are the best & food is affordable. Really good food.

What in the actual hell is wrong with pizza delivery in Nashville?? Are drivers too damn lazy to deliver cardboard boxes?
