Domino's Pizza

The staff was awesome, but the food wasn’t great. Raw bacon and jalapeño in my cheesy bread. Not much cheese in the cheesy bread either. Then my pizza was burnt on one side and the crust was obviously way too thinned out on one side.. Ive never had this issue with other stores..

NEVER use this location for delivery. I ordered a delivery and it was NEVER delivered. I called the store to report the missing order and the extremely rude employee claiming to be a general manager DID NOT apologize ONCE. They said they could just cancel the order. I informed them they would still need to deliver my order and but I expect the tip to be refunded because I did not want to tip a driver that did not deliver my order and I had to wait 2 hours for it to be remade. I was told they would not refund the tip so I could either wait another 30 mins for a new order to be made or have the entire order cancelled and refunded. Completely unacceptable customer service!

My favorite pizza place to order by far great food and great staff, Except one member. Blonde short haired Female, Seems to ignore people of ethnicity from my multiple visits nothing major but rather order when she is NOT working for best results reason for the 4 stars out of 5 but Overall love the spot best of East Nashville.

Never order from this place if you want pizza, you will never get it. Hope they get closed down

It's very convenient. They only messed up once during a snowstorm. Understaffed was the issue.

Ordered 3 pizzas, they delivered 2. I was told I needed to call the store and they told me they couldn't deliver a pizza for 2.5 hours and that the best they could do is "put a credit on my account for a free pizza next time." But they don't provide any kind of receipt or documentation for me for it. I was having a party and now I'm down a full pizza that I paid for and they won't refund.
