Domino's Pizza

Worst dominoes of all time I am a long time general manager of dominoes and this place just gives them a bad name. From incorrect made orders, missing items, and a rude staff they really hit the trifecta. I ordered just a pizza and a parm bite with a 2L of sprite and 2 marinara sauces didnt recieve my marinara or the sprite the hand tossed pizza was cold and had no garlic crust (the only reason to order dominos IMO) the driver told me he could not issue a refund for the soda and that i had to call. After calling 5 separate times, and on hold with the automated system for 15-20 minutes i decided to walk down to the store because i didnt want to pay for something i didnt get i was then imformed that they were "busy" and that the phone wasnt a proirity. After asking for the refund Andrew the "assistant manager" told me he isnt aloud to issue refunds only the general manager is (which is not dominoes policy) I also asked for a new pizza for the hassle i was told all they would do is put garlic on the pizza for me. This location really brings the dominos W.O.W. the customer motto to a whole new level. Do not eat here spend your money somewhere else.

Don't order from this location, I order a pizza 2 weeks ago and the order was all wrong. I called the store back and the manager told me I would have a free pizza next time and he "noted my account" I just order and the Manager Andrew now telling me he sees no notes on the computer and he started looking at me as if I was trying to get a free pizza out of him. Horrible experince both times I ordered I ended up Hungry save your self the hazzle.

Si pudiera poner 0 estrellas, lo haría. Insólito, el terrible momento que me han hecho pasar en este local. Llamé para hacer un pedido, y me dijeron que no tenían POS y se les podía dar mi número de tarjeta, lo hice y se cobraron 3 veces el pedido. Después de eso, vuelvo a llamar a notificar mi inquietud y de una manera grosera el mismo señor que me tomó el pedido me dijo que ellos no tenían nada que ver y que resolviera con el banco. En el transcurso que llamaba al banco y llegaba el pedido a casa que tomo como 20 minutos, llegaron y le dije a mi novia que mientras hablaba con el banco fuera y recogiera el pedido. Mi novia me contó al volver, que el señor le preguntó que si íbamos a dejar propina, la respuesta fue no por el inconveniente del cobro (siempre dejo propina) y el señor le tiró la pizza y le dijo a mi novia, que me mandara a decir que era un estúpido por que no le deje propina. Llevo ya dos horas, el banco no me ha renvolsado los cobros adicionales y tampoco he podido confrontar al local por que no contestan, teniendo en cuenta que el horario de atención es hasta las 12 de la media noche.

I was there at 11:50 pm and the people inside decide don't to take care of me. Really disrespectful crew, disgusting.

Just decent cheap pizza

I had an offer for a free medium pizza. I tried to use it along with other things. I am getting charged and it looks like the order was canceled. Very shady, never again.

never answer the phone. have gotten a completely different order multiple times. often receive a regular pizza when i request gluten free -edit. literally a minute after posting someone answered the phone. he was very nice & helpful, & i’m sure they are actually busy, he apologized thoroughly.
