Domino's Pizza

It took the driver a longer time than I liked to deliver However, I was impatiently hungry and in all fairness we ordered ordered just after 11pm, so the nearly hour wait time can be somewhat justified. Plus, he was delivering to a Hotel. If that doesn't sit well with you perhaps this will. The driver was polite and friendly. The food was not only delicious it was cooked to perfection. The crust perfect. Not oily or greasy. The toppings and all were exactly as they should.

This store is filled with the most hostile unprofessional individuals Memphis has to offer. Honestly, this location is probably where MLGW pulls their best and brightest. They are highly proficient in being rude, hanging up in your face if you ask for the three hour LATE order to be cancelled, hanging up in your face if you ask for the contact information for the regional manager, making their lack of drivers your problem (turn off your delivery option), and extremely heavy huffing and puffing when they dislike you politely responding to their rudeness. The BEST part is they make absolutely zero effort to make it right. If you lost points on the order cause they aren’t refunded- that’s tough. If you wasted time- they don’t care. No refund confirmation? They won’t answer anymore of your calls because they don’t want to deal with someone requesting service. SO, save your time. It’s not worth it. Order Pizza Hut.

This Domino's location night shift is by far the most worst extremely terrible service lazy ghetto attitude location I have been to if I could give you a zero that's what you would get the only thing you know how to do is give excuses and lies my wife ordered a pizza that was burnt not cut in the manager should just go find her a job at the strip club cuz she ain't got no class it was like going to a zoo and honestly y'all don't even deserve y'all deserve to be put out of business

Pizza was hot fresh and made how I asked! Staff was super nice too.

I placed an order for delivered , after an hour I decided to cancelled it, this was not the first time they make me wait that long for a pizza. They have the worst customer service. I can tell by my own experience.
