Food is always good and relatively done quickly

This location does not deliver to my address so I ordered online for pick up. I went into this location and there 3 employees there and I stood there for about 5 minutes before anyone spoke to me or ask what I needed. I was about to just ask for a refund at this point. The employees seemed overwhelmed and rude. Finally a girl from the back walked up with dough on her arms to help me. I don’t receive a text that my order was ready like advertised on the website. My order was just sitting there the boxes don’t even feel warm so I am sure this food won’t be good either. Just a waste of my time on this lovely Saturday evening. This location needs to do better. Pizza shouldn’t be this hard

Extremely slow service! It took 45 minutes to make 1 pizza while I was waiting at the store!

Pony up the $ for the handmade pan. Get extra sauce and have it cooked well. Unlike Uber, it shows up, and hot!

Worst domino's ever. Miserable with the ingredients and don't respect extra cheese orders. As a client if a paid for something that's what I want. I paid for a extra cheese pizza with 3 ingredients and I have no better description for what I received than this one: the owner is a miserable person.

I was trying to claim our free pizza online, the website said it was temporarily not working, so we went to the Domino's location to order in person. When I went inside I was greated nicely. I told the young man what the issue was and he said oh we don't do the emergency pizza anymore. I told him thst I just saw the commercial on the TV and my coupon says I have 3 dayseft to use it. He said I can't retrieve that here, we don't do those any more. I left very confused and tried to place my order online again...this time it went through and I sent my girlfriend into get it. No issues. Got home and the pizza was just awful! It was dry and old looking like it had been under a heater too long! It bothered me the rest of the evening so I called and asked for a manager I spoke with someone who claimed to be a manager named Daniel. He is unprofessional, gave me attitude, laughed at me, and gave an excuse as to what happened, not offering an apology. I didn't even mention the condition of the pizza... at this point it's irrelevant. We will not be back here! We always have some problem with this location! Don't waste your time or money here!!

Every time I order a thin crust, it comes way overcooked. There is no existence of sauce because it's so overcooked. Don't order a thin crust unless you want overcooked pizza. Sure, I ate it because I don't like wasting food but it was horrible.
