I've had the best pizzas delivered by Domino's as of late! All requests fulfilled and pizza is delicious. Desert is the only other choice that I can recommend..but great pizza..
Food not ready on time order online for nothing because the order womt be ready on time
Ordered online using a promo code, they accepted said promo code, gave me progress updates of how close my pizza was to being ready, and then upon driving all the way there they said they hadn't even started it and they weren't doing the emergency pizzas anymore. Dont accept the promo code to begin with instead of wasting peoples time? We were not the only people being denied after ordering btw.
One hour wait time and I still try to be nice and leave a good tip ahead of time, only for my order to arrive 30 minutes late. I had to walk to the front of the apartment because the driver didn't bother to walk in to my door. Thanks Francisco
Pretty sad state here. I tip well every time, but was treated poorly. Spent a total of 30 minutes on hold and order was never even started after an hour. No one on the phone was helpful and the automated system is grueling. Domino's fail big time.
Ordered pizza with a promotion. Waited more than 40 minutes and finally asked them for my pizza and they told me that the promotion was a mistake and never made my pizza even though my order was processed and paid.
This place has improved drastically. They finally have an amazing staff that take great care of the facility (it’s much cleaner and they know how to use hood sanitary practices), the food is better and the customer service is phenomenal. I truly appreciate the hard work and effort this place put in to improve their services.
People don't ever go to this Domino's Pizza. The guy who works there Ignacio is a thief.
No greeting when I entered, just picking up an order. I gave better cx than I got. I ordered xtra ham/sauce, same portion just I paid more for no reason. When I tried to inquire Jonathan just said yea and took an order outside. I had to ask the guy who just came in for my receipt. My order was ready on time. Great cx service is what matters. If I gave the same energy I was give Id be consider a rude or hostle cx....If Jonathan is the manger he should set a better example for his staff.
