Domino's Pizza

App lie about the status of my pizza, the App mention a “Adrian had started my pizza, and it was going to be ready in 1-11min from 6:07 show up at 6:37 and was told that my order was a hour and a half to be ready, so the 26min that the app show was a lie and who ever this Adriana is that thought it’s ok to lie that she is starting my pizza, needs to be trained again and to not lie as it affects the customer and same goes to her direct manager

The app says my pizza and wings are ready but when I got here I still had to wait for a while before the wings were done. Update: I have had the worst experience with Domino's, this has happened to me 3 total times now, this is not acceptable!!!! I ordered my pizza and wings over an hour ago. It should on the app that it was ready and when I put on the app that I was there, for curve side pick up, it said it was going to take 2 minutes to come out. We'll before the 2 minutes were up some in the store must have put that they were on their way because it stopped showing the clock. I waited a good 7 to 10 min and still nothing. Then I went in to the store they said they still didn't have my pizza and wings ready. I was beyond upset. I just told them to give me my money back and I canceled my order. It completely ruined my weekend because I missed the game waiting like an idiot. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE OR THIS FRANCHISE!!!

My pizza was 2.5 hours late and cold. I called to follow up on my delivery order and encountered very poor customer service. Very disappointed
