Domino's Pizza

We eat a lot of Dominos in my house but a few weeks back we had a really horrible experience and I made it a point not to order from this location. We actually hadn’t eaten Dominos since. After a really long commute home in the snow, the gym, and a hungry wife and kid I did not have the patience to cook. Options were limited and I heard there was a new manager here so I took a chance and placed an order. Some time passed and I get a call that there isn’t a driver available (nothing new) but the communication was top notch. I agreed to switch to carry out because the roads were bad and my car is pretty freaking awful in snow but my wife was gonna be worse if I didn’t feed her. I went to pick up my order and asked for clarification on the charges since I had paid a delivery fee along with a higher tip than usual for road conditions (embarrassing to admit but every dollar counts to me). I’m not sure of the gentleman’s name, but he ended up refunding my entire order for the inconvenience. It was totally unexpected and not my intention. I’d like him to know his kindness will be repaid. Anyways. All this to say that if you’ve had a bad experience, I hope you’ll give this store another chance. I’m confident that they will do the right thing by you now (so long as you are patient and kind).

I have ordered here for my family numerous times and always been happy with quality and service. Because I have had a great experience personally, I trusted this location to assist me with starting pizza lunch at a charter school. Working together with Siesie and this store has been amazing! Besides offering yummy pizza, Siesie has been paying attention to all the details and working with her for this continued partnership is very seamless! Thank you Siesie and your store for your continued local support of our charter school students! Dietary restrictions: I have personally ordered pizza without sauce and cheese, appreciate the options!

I ordered late at night and the store was out of several ingredients. My cheesy bread was made incorrectly, my pizza didn't have all its toppings. When I brought the food back, the staff was very friendly and explained the situation. The man working the register wasn't the most experienced, but he issued a store credit for me to utilize later. When I came in for my reorder a few weeks later, the woman working, Cici, was incredibly helpful. She walked me through how to order through the app so that they could still apply my store credit. Then she proceeded to make our pizza and cheesy bread. It was beautiful handiwork, and she even called me to follow up on my order a few hours later. My partner and I were very satisfied with the service we received and will happily keep coming back. As for the pizza itself, the pan crust is where it's at. So soft and chewy, but crisp and delightful on the outside. The crust never disappoints. They also have really good thin crust. The toppings, particularly the bacon, is always a great choice. Aside from pan crust pizza and wings, I love ordering bacon and jalapeno cheesy bread, but with no jalapenos. Just a plain bacon cheesy bread! It's wicked good.

Update: I spoke to siesie, who is the manager at this establishment. She did everything to make this situation right. I also want to give a shout out to Mike, who made our order great the first time we ordered from this Domino's! These two are the reasons we will keep coming back. I understand people have bad days and try to give grace, I really appreciate the apology and effort! I called to place an order, and the man on the phone told me he was too busy to take my order over the phone. I asked well how busy are you and his response was understaffed. So apparently, some people think they are too busy to the job they are paid for.

I placed a delivery order for two chicken bacon ranch subs for lunch. Delivery was quick but there was barely any chicken on the sandwiches and burnt cheese in the middle. I brought the sandwiches back to the store. SieSie immediately came over to see about issue. Apologized for errors and offered to remake sandwich and give my money back. The remake were advertised and tasted great. To my surprise SieSie gave me a call shortly after to make sure everything turned out great. Thank you Sisie for your excellent customer Service

You sent me someone else's food last night. Then I never got my order it was order #612 please refund or call me to remake and send. I paid for it and didn't receive it and I've tried calling multiple times and noone is answering
