They NEVER ANSWER the phone. Order was wrong/ messed up twice
This was an awful experience. The original wait time was 60 to 80 minutes which I thought was a little bit much already, but OK I’ll bite. Two hours later the general manager “Romance” shows up without any real apology and says she’s remade my order yet everything that she handed me was cold like it had been sitting out for two hours. She said she couldn’t do anything else for me but a $25 credit and it would be on my phone number not even refunded to my card in the moment. I have no proof of this credit so I highly doubt I’ll ever see it. Not that it matters anyways because that was the last time I will ever go to that location. Extremely disappointed in the quality of customer service and food especially considering it sat in the “quality check” section of the tracker for 40 minutes.
Like most Domino's, the food here is cheap and quick. The service you'll get if you drive up or go inside is fine (unless they're ignoring you at the drive thru, which does happen). The pizzas are usually all right but occasionally bad. But you know what? It is fine. It is okay. I do not ask it to be anything else. Thanks for being what I need sometimes, Domino's.
Ordered pizza, said 30 minutes on the app for delivery, then an hour later it said it was delivered to my hotel. An hour after that it showed up and looked like this. Horrible service, pizza was partially raw, no one answers the phone at this location.
So far my pizza is being inspected for 2 hours
You can be waiting for hours for the food and the people who are working are rude. And I would go to another store for food and skip this one all together.
Never answer their phones. Called a dozen times over the last week, their automated junk plays until it hangs up on you after 10 minutes. Garbage Management
