Domino's Pizza

What's the point of ordering online just for you to get there to pay for your food and once you pay for your food they put your order in? Pointless right? I ordered my food at 6:44 p.m. online got to the store within 10 minutes, sat there just to give it a little more time before I sent my son in to pay for food. I get it y'all are busy but at the same time it's enough workers in there tonight to get it done. Why am I almost waiting an hour for my food to get done that only would have took 10 minutes? This is ridiculous and this is why y'all have a three-star rating. I'm all about customer service and I always leave reviews any and everywhere that I go. I was better I was just going to the store and making my own pizza or buy one from the store. They got to do better

Do not order from this location! Our parmesan bread bites and cheesy bread both arrived undercooked and had raw dough in the middle. The PLAIN cheesy bread also had uncooked slimy pieces bacon and tomato on it. Not sure why?? The bread bites were drenched in oil to the point we felt sick even eating it. Waste of money!

I understand that there may be delays due to the weather, which makes me wish I'd written this review sooner, but I kept giving my location a chance. I ordered over an hour ago. Dominos Tracker said my order would be arriving in a few minutes then it went back to "Prep". I tried calling the store and was on hold for 18 minutes the first time. I'm still on hold for the second call at 26 minutes and counting. I have ordered from this location since I moved here nearly 12 months ago. I have ALWAYS waited for more than an hour for my pizza to get here. I always have to reheat it and I'm four minutes from their location. Free pizza or not, this is it for me. Please note that the one star not for their delivery drivers; they are consistently courteous. If I could give the location zero stars, I would.

Ordered dinner at 6:00 pm Pizza was “out for delivery at 7:09pm” At 8:30pm I had to go to the store and pick up my order, as I was being lied to about it being delivered. Once I got to the store the workers were all on their phones and baking dinner for themselves. Worst experience ever! Do not recommend of expecting it to deliver on time.

Watched the order tracker and there is no way it is accurate. We got our pizza and it was ice cold. We live 5 minutes away. Our delivery person carried it in the rain to our porch. This is why we do not order from Dominos. We won’t make that mistake again. No telling how long our pizza sat in the store before delivery.

The one thing I do like about picking up a Cali Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza from Domino's is that they bring it to my car. Ordering online through the app is quick and easy and then I just wait until the Pizza was done. When ordering on a Friday night just be prepared to wait like any Pizza joint on a Friday.

Owner is trying to run it into the ground, waste your time elsewhere. Editing the review to include that the pizza was cold and gave my wife and I food poisoning. Please do not eat here. I’ve also sent an email detailing the poor experience to the address provided in the response.
