Tonighy they got my order wrong and refused to work with me. I picked the order on the way home. When I got home and was going to have dinner, I noticed they gave me ham instead of pepperoni. I called them and spoke to Andew. He said he could not do anything unless I drove back and gave them the pizza. I told him I was not able to go back tonight but could send him a picture. He said he could not do that and said that my unavailablity to take it back was my problem and not his. I asked if they could deliver it and I could give them the old pizza, he said they could not do that. He was very rude when speaking to me and made me feel like I was in the wrong, when they were the ones that got the order wrong. Their staff needs to be training in customer service. I also looked at some previous reviews on here, and it looks like other have had similar concerns and got nowhere. They took down my number and said the manager would call me back. I have been coming here for a few years and have never had an issue. I hope they can make this right.
I was very surprised to have such a terrible experience, but now that I’m seeing all the 1 star reviews, it’s making sense. I ordered 15 pizzas for a kids party, 4 days in advance to pick up at 1pm. I selected the pre pay option so everything would be straightened out in advance. My wife happened to call today just to confirm they received the order for tomorrow. They replied they did have the order, and mentioned that there’s a 10% service fee. I then call back to find out this franchise has a 10% service fee for anything over $75. My problem is not with the fee, but the fact that I’m prepaying online and NOWHERE does it say anything about potential surprise fees. I calmly ask the manager how this makes sense to charge me again after I’ve prepaid. He says to try another location and then cancels my order. I never told him to cancel my order, he just does. Doesn’t want the hassle. This is the night before the party. These reviews obviously don’t affect the business, or the employees, because from the looks of it the same people being complained about years ago are the ones still working there. The owner of this franchise should absolutely feel embarrassed that this is a business they own and run. Awful customer service is just a reflection of awful ownership. First time reviewer here. That should say something. The other Huntington location down Beach did not have any surprise fees by the way. I’d take my business there if I were you.

Type.. employee ID#718784 / His a silly little wannabe bully... he claims he's is a partial owner hahaha.. HE could probably *barely own dirty Underpants..much less clean ones LMFAO... *I've spoken to a couple of the delivery drivers they don't like him they don't like to work at that location & the things that they had to say *GROSS..obviously they're not working there anymore.. don't you dare complain about the food he'll remember you put you on his little sick child mentality grudge list... HE MASTERED saying 10+ times I don't care go somewhere else, call corporate !!!! ??? I've ordered 3 or four times from this location and have been very satisfied every time. I was skeptical due to some reviews yet I love the extravaganza pizzas!!!
The food here is hit or miss. Sometimes the food is either over cooked or under cooked.
The corona Del Mar location makes great pizza!! HOWEVER the service is TERRIBLE!!! We moved to another house and now our dominos is great! But man, that location has PROBLEMS! I this RECORDED on my interface (legally with a sound drop) The manager proceeded to keep hanging up on me when I was calling and saying our order was not correct. I called MULTIPLE times (once again I have this recorded!!) and she proceeded to tell ME I was harassing HER for calling back after she hung up on me so many times. After a few calls they stopped answering their phone ALTOGETHER!!! even though I called from SIX different phones!!!!!!!! RIDICULOUS behavior by these managers and we never have had a call back since! Will NEVER eat THERE again!
Always fresh food and so delicious. This is my family's first choice for when we want pizza!
