Absolute worst service on the planet do not waste your time with these people! I ordered a pizza at 8pm it is now 11pm and I still have not received my correct pizza.... the pizza that was initially delivered was completely wrong with all the wrong toppings the driver forgot my drink and had to return to the store to get it I am currently waiting on my remake pizza for over an hour now and the original pizza took almost 2 hours to be delivered. This place is ridiculous and should be shut down immediately. When I pay 50 dollars for food I expect to receive that food!
What’s so special about a random Dominos? Consistency. The money-friendly deals on the app are great… and this particular Dominos has always been capable of being on time and the order always correct.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is access for wheelchairs
The current night crew @ Domino’s on Lorna Rd. in Hoover is super nice and efficient.
Domino's deleted my last comment about this review Way to go Domino's I qualified and earned my free emergency Pizza but your portal for 45 minutes would not allow me to finalize the process great ads on TV but the poorest online service for a pizza delivery or carryout I think I deserve someone to contact me on how to redeem my free emergency pizza. I certainly deserve it come on Domino's do the right thing PS you're online delivery and Carry Out portal has always been a problem please contact me to let me know when I can get my free pizza that I deserve
I can always count on Dominos to feed my family & I — wether it be delivery or takeout— my food is always hot, the order correct, on schedule, & always always affordable! Thank you! Kid-friendliness: I ordered dominos for my boys birthday party and added a side note asking them to cut the pizza in square’s instead of pie-cut.. (it cuts down on the kids filling their plates up and then throwing away that extra piece they couldn’t eat.) no questions asked- 8 boxes of square cut pizzas arrived & there was zero full plates of food to be thrown away:). It’s always the little things— thank you!
No one greeted me when I came into the door. None of the employees had on gloves and that was not the first time seeing this. I witnessed one of the employees putting pepperoni on a pizza with no gloves.
