Domino's Pizza

Pizza was burnt.

2 times in a row my pizza was undercooked and they act like I was the problem when I called up there to complain. Thank god the manger had some sense and remade my order. It was done right afterwards. I will give them another chance in the future . When made right from the beginning it’s 5 stars. Do the the issues today I can only give them 3.

Had delivery. They forgot the soda. Hour later they brought me a whole new meal and my soda for free. Great customer service.

The pizza that was delivered was so hot it was like they took a airplane to get it here so fast. Tasted like I was in the restraunt.

I will say this place has turned around in the right direction. They use to not even answer the phone. I called the store tonight. They picked up in like three rings and my pizza was here in 20 minutes best service if I ever had from Domino’s whoever the manager is is doing a great job and I’m sure the sales are reflecting. I went here today I just left and they said that my order was done and I went up there and I got takeout so they were supposed to bring it to my car but I waited for about 5 minutes so I went inside and they said someone probably took my order so I said we'll for the inconvenience I should get my order for free but they was like it's new years people do that stuff and I still had to pay for it don't recommend and the staff were just standing there not doing anything and they was looking at my car not coming out to see if everything was okay and I didn't want to get my self all worked up so I let it be

I placed my order in store and they were VERY BUSY. This led to a simple mistake, an item I ordered was mixed up with another item. No biggie but I'm already eating and gave them a call since I'm not interested in going back out tonight. I was offered a replacement if I wanted to come back or store credit. I accepted the store credit and thanked them very much. I love this location❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ they deserve all the stars.

UPDATE: Two orders in a row now (since my post below) my order has been over 30 minutes late and the pizza was room temperature. Didn’t taste good at all either. I had ordered for a bunch of friends over for football this last go and everyone voiced how bad it was. That’s 3 out of the last 4 orders that have been a problem. Original Post: I waited to write a review until I had a decent sample size. I’ve ordered from this location 6 times now. I have had 5 orders that were great… the food and delivery. No missed items, no incorrectly filled orders. I have had one delivery that was about 15 minutes late, due to deliveries that were made before mine. The pizza was luke warm at best. However, it still looked and tasted great. I didn’t bother to complain or call because the vast majority of my orders have been good. I woke the next morning to find an email from Domino’s saying that my order did not meet their expectations and gave me a coupon for a free pizza. Pleasantly surprised by this obviously and felt it was excellent, proactive customer service on their part. I certainly wasn’t expecting the email or free pizza. I commend Domino’s for this extremely quick action. I will continue to order from this location moving forward.
