Domino's Pizza

If I could give zero stars I would. I just moved to this area and ordered from this dominos for the first time. I ordered on my app and from the time I ordered to the pizza being delivered at my door was 14 mins. The dominos location is 8 mins from me. The pizza looked like it had been sitting for a while and wasn’t even hot. I called to see what could be done and the phone was handed to the manager who said she doesn’t know what to tell me because they were made fresh. I told her they don’t look fresh at all and she said they can remake them if I want to drive up there and bring the old ones back. There’s no way the pizza was made and delivered (an 8 min drive) in 14 mins. But I’m suppose to drive up there and bring these back to get fresh ones?? I paid the $5.99 delivery fee so I didn’t have to drive there. In all my years of ordering from multiple food service places have I ever been told to take my own food back up there in order for them to remake it. The manager was very rude and dismissive. Highly inappropriate and unprofessional.

Order pizza and wings from the Colleyville location. The app said order would be delivered by 12.30 and the driver showed up at 1:50 which the pizza claiming they just got the order 45 mins ago. Even though we showed him proof the order was supposed to be delivered at 12:30 the driver confirmed our 12:30 delivery time then called his manager and was told ask do we want them or not? Terrible customer service.

I know you may not like you job but that no reason to make someone's food bad. There is a thing call to much sauce I didn't ask for extra just got so much alfredo sauce that the toppings slide off and what I could eat made me sick I make sure to order from different spot just hope when they close down your store you don't move to the one I order from

Consistently has dry to the bone pizza. everything is so over cooked it disintegrates when you grab it

I drive to this Domino’s and pick up my pizza, because it’s the best one in our area. Parking: Lots of room, easy to park, beautiful area.

Update: We have ordered rom this Dominoes for nearly 12 years now. They have yet to disappoint. We love the new menu options! Michael has been delivering to us for so many years that he asks about our now grown children when drops off our dinner. Their chefs make the pizzas carefully and they are delicious! Thank you Dominoes for so many years of delicious quick and easy dinners! You're the best!

Ordered a large cheese pizza extra cheese, what came was a burnt cracker with barely any cheese on it and with Parmesan or something covering the pizza to try to hide the fact that it was made incorrectly. We called back and they are sending a new one, we will see if that one is correct. I seem to always have issues with this location unfortunately, my son loves dominos otherwise I would stop getting it The second pizza was beautifully and perfectly made, whoever made that one should be the only person cooking!
