Excellent pizza was hot and fresh.

Ordered two pizzas for delivery when they arrived. Both pizzas were raw and torn up from the bottom. Bottom layer was pushed more to one side. When I called to complain the girl Said she would credit me for the pizzas. Then proceeded to tell me that she deleted the order and that she refunded me. She clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing because I still have a $32 charge on my card.

Couldn't do anything on my birthday so I decided to get myself my favorite pizza. Thin crust. Their online software didn't display correctly that it was ready and their warmer machine didn't keep it warm so I had cold pizza on my birthday. Vegetarian options: It's pizza so you pick your toppings.

I was buying pizza for a party. And I was using the app. I didn't notice I had clicked pick up at later time instead of ASAP. I showed up and the pizzas were not ready. But I explained to the workers what happened and they changed the order and started on them right away. The pizzas were ready 12 minutes later. It gave me just enough time to make a stop @ the grocery store and come back. It timed out perfectly. Thanks for your help and great customer service.

It really depends on the workers. There's a guy in there that skimps out on the toppings and seasoning on the breads. I hate ordering when this particular person is there. Short bald with freckles. You can't even ask for help because they turn you down and ignore you. I used to love ordering from here but the last couple of times have been disappointing.

Used to be pretty good, but something seems to have changed in the past few months. We order about once per month and our last three orders all had errors on the toppings and on the most recent one today, they cut the pizzas all weird (one had only six slices, a flat crust was hacked up all different angles) and overcooked them. All you get is a coupon or maybe a free pizza on your next order if you report the error. I'm done with this location for the foreseeable future.

First and last time customer to pick up a carry-out pizza being 50% off online. Tried to call first and before I could ask about delivery, he hung up. Complained to the manager and even wrote to their customer care per case 645326 on 13JUN, but no follow up for a refund. Repeatedly received unwanted email solicitation until demanded to stop and will not buy again due to poor service and tasteless pizza. Going back to Pizza Machine!
