Ordered from here on New Years Eve they got my order wrong and the garlic Parmesan chicken wings I ordered were not fully cooked. The cinnamon sticks I ordered had to be delivered the next day because they forgot to put it in my order. I don’t think I will order from here again. Very bad experience smh

I stopped yesterday about 5 o clock. I ordered ahead to pick it up in about 12 minutes. I got there it supposedly wasn’t ready. Guy called my name but said it wasn’t ready even though it was posted on the board.25 minutes later I asked if it was ready. He took it off the shelf. It was ready before but I was not informed

The 1st I ordered to pick up when I got there after 10 minutes I actually had to get someone's attention and by then pizza was already getting cold. Got home pizza was burnt and so were the tots. My second order, which I regret, was today 1/25. I ordered a 6.99 deal - deal my eye! I ordered a Brooklyn style with ham and pineapples - crust was thin like paper and burnt (AGAIN) ham was dried out and so were the pineapples, as if someone ordered it 10 days ago and waited for someone to order ham and pineapple so they can get rid of it! This place gives Domino's Pizza a bad name. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN!! LESSON LEARNED! This location needs to be closed! Shame on you all for providing such horrible and despicable service. If you don't like your job, QUIT!

This is the last time I placed an order at Domino's, I just received the worst service you can get in a store, I placed an order online at 5:30 pm, after 1 and a half hours of waiting and seeing that The order was not updated, I decided to call to see what was happening, after several attempts I managed to get through, no one could give me an answer and a person told me his house will be home in 20 minutes, it being 8:20, almost 3 hours after making my order. I still did not receive my order, I call again and an operator named Leila with whom I spoke 3 times never transferred my call to the store, on the 4th attempt I manage to speak with someone from the store, I explain everything again, she tells me that My order is on its way, it puts me on hold and I receive a canceled order notification. DISGUSTING ATTENTION!!
