Called the store directly. Placed an order. Paid for it. Got the text message that the pizza was in the oven. Go to the store. They stated they don’t have an order. Showed them that we called their store and the text message and that they billed me. Manager actually hung up on me after stating we are talking in circles and nothing he could do. Disgraceful!
2nd delivery order in two weeks. Both on weekdays and took over 90 minutes to deliver with a quoted estimate. Delivery time of 35-45 minutes, while another location equally the same distance quoting 15 minutes. Consider scaling back on your delivery area, give us to locations who can accommodate. Or consider hiring new management?
Terrible service and even worse pizza. Took forevvvvvvver to get some pies and when we called to check on it they said its doing fine. Freaking teenagers man. Don’t order from a garbage chain restaurant. Take your business to Frank or big daddy’s cos I’ll be better and worth your monies.
I'm sure everyone has there own opinions, that being said , the guy that took our order seemed very standoffish especially when I asked to use the restroom, the pizza had so much sauce I almost thought they gave me tomato soup lol and there sandwich had this bread that is usually pretty good but this time was really doughy . I'm gonna give it 2 stars.
My pizza arrived cold - in fact, one edge was cold as if refrigerated! The driver didn't have the 20oz coke I ordered and had to go to a store. The cold pizza was warmed and eaten and I still have no Coca-Cola over one hour after ordering. What a terrible experience for $35 plus a tip. These people must have no conscience. I consider it to be theft or fraud.
When inside several weeks ago I saw the assistant manager cuss out a customer and when I spoke to the store manager she just kind of brushed me off.
