Domino's Pizza

Do yourself a favor don’t order the pizza. The pizza is half of what used to be. No taste, poor quality. Pan pizza as thick as hand tossed and not cooked well and $2 up charge.

Terrible service, pizza is on par with little ceazers if not worse. You can't get good cheap pizza anymore. I'll just stick to Round tabIe.

Disappointing BBQ Chicken Pizza Experience at Domino's My recent visit to Domino's on National Pizza Day left much to be desired. Despite ordering a BBQ chicken pizza, I was disappointed to find only eight sparse pieces of chicken scattered across the entire pie (see picture). This lack of toppings not only failed to justify the price but also diminished the flavor. Overall, I regret to say I cannot recommend Domino's based on this experience.

Bad customer service and bad attitude. Long waits and no courtesy or friendly friendly attitude.

This place is so horribly mismanaged, some reason when I order there's only one person making pizzas and what the app tells me when to pick up and the store employees are not up to par. If the employees keep calling out on this place just goes to show management doesn't care about the employees nor the product.

I got food poisoning here. I arrived early to come pick up my order just because I haven’t ordered from here so I wanted to make sure that I didn’t get lost. When I arrived I knew I was early but there was a lady who told the guy at the register that it was going to be 10 more minutes for my Alfredo to bake, with an almost guilty tone. I was fine with that as I decided to go to the Raley’s to pick up a beverage. I also did come back sooner than 10 minutes, I came in to check on it again but the guy for some reason felt rushed but I was simply just checking on my order. Unfortunately I had to find out the hard way that he took it out of the oven too early. Last night I had a sharp back pain and all of the sudden I’m throwing up everything. I’m still feeling awful this morning. Luckily my husband didn’t like mushrooms so he decided not to have any, so I was sick alone. Such a rookie move on their end.

Been here a few times and haven't had any issues. Last visit was ridiculous though. Ordered 1 pizza online, says 12-20 minutes, gave it 30 minutes before i walk in.. my name is 2nd one down the list of like 4 names. My order wasn't even baking yet, girl behind counter says "we're backed up it's gonna be another 10-15 minutes." Later says somethin along the lines of "I'm the only one here" when there were like 4 employees there. So there's only one person who makes the pizza? What makes it worse is i ordered a brooklyn crust single topping and that can't be too difficult or take much time to make. 45 minute wait for one pizza is pretty ridiculous

I recently used the Domino's Pizza app to redeem a free medium two-topping pizza coupon, but unfortunately, the discount didn't reflect on my bill but the coupon was redeemed. Despite ordering two medium two-topping pizzas, I was charged the full price of approximately $20. The pizzas were advertised at $7.99 each, but the actual cost didn't match the promotion. This experience was disappointing and didn't align with the expected savings from the coupon. Who can I speak with about this?
