My food was burnt and I was missing a few items like 2 orders of wings and ! I called them and let them know and I had a NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON ANSWER THE PHONE WITH A BAD ATTITUDE! ask for management or he was MANAGER. Mr Logan. They didn’t give me my money back or replace my order of $35.60 I’m so Mad! I’ll never order with them again!
Only major negative was total disregard by employees that I had entered to pick up my order. None of the 4 employees in the immediate area even looked up to acknowledge I was there. After almost 5 minutes of being avoided I finally said "Does anyone care that a customer is here for their order?" A guy then asked for my name and he handed me my order. This type of behavior by employees has almost become the norm today by people who don't deserve to have the job.
