Domino's Pizza

I ordered at 640pm on 4-16-24. And within 3 mins it said my order was out of the oven and being checked. As an ex manager 4 different pizza chains, I know they just bumped my order off the screen to make it look like they are have low order times. So I waited until 742pm to call and check where my order was at. I let it ring for about 10 minutes before I got in my car and went to domino's (still on the phone letting it ring). When I got there (still on the phone), there phone had one line ringing(me), I hung up (15.32 mins ringing). After a few mins the only 2 people in there asked me what I needed. I told them I was here to pick up my delivery order and would understand if they are busy. Gave them my information and took them about 15 mins to figure things out. Most of that time was them walking around. Only two pizzas in the oven, nothing on the screen. Phone rang two time while I was there and they didn't even attempt to answer the phone. A 3rd guy came out from the back and asked me what I needed and told him checking on my delivery order. He just said ok and walked out side. The other two that where looking for my order seemed lost (driver was so high, he just stood there forgetting what he was doing many times). They got my order and never asked if I wanted my delivery fee and tip back, since I picked up my own order. As I was leaving two more employees came out from the back of the store. So there was at total of 5 employees that never bothered to answer any phone calls coming in, or help. I could understand the time it took for my order if they where extra busy. I was very polite and told them from the start understand about being busy, and I never complain about things like this. But after seeing how high the driver was and the extreme lack of work ethic by all employees, it upset me. I filed a clam and stated all this on the website and no one has gotten back with me. The extreme lack of work ethic needs to be handled and proper reimbursement needs to addressed. Never seen a store handle things so badly like this before.

I ordered from this location about 3 this afternoon . When my order was delivered all looked good but when I opened the pastas they were the wrong. What's most disappointing is in the attempt to rectify the situation I was left on the advertisement loop when I called. I was on for 2 hours then disconnected. Honestly I'd have liked to have what I ordered just because I couldn't eat what was delivered. Need less to say I'm mostlikly never going to order from this chain again.

I ordered at 9:52pm tonight (04/18/2024) . My order was a pizza , a 16-piece bread bites , and a 2-liter coca-cola. My order was delivered at 11:15pm. I called 3 different times. I spoke with a guy who said my order would be here in about 10 minutes . My stuff is luke warm . And the driver was very rude (Michael) . Needless to say you guys really should tighten up. Oh, I’m sorry 2 bread bites if you can count..

Had to go there because nobody awnsered after 3 calls. Got there to just stand for 15 minutes watching 3 workers listening to a bluetooth speaker pretending like i didn’t exist.

Matthew is the best. So high energy, he fit the role perfectly. He was running that store like a magician from making my pizza to acknowledging me inside so he didn't forget about me to bringing it out to my car as soon as it was ready. I travel across the country and I don't think anyone can beat this man at his job with such enthusiasm, great quality pizza, and genuinely loves his customers. He had such positive vibes, very impressive and He talked to the employees very professionally and kindly. A+ all around. I'll be back !

Twice I've called to place an order and no one answered. The last time, I stayed on the phone but drove to the location before they closed. The girl at the window told me they aren't taking any last second orders. I showed her on my phone, which was still on hold, that I called now more than 30 minutes ago. She asked if I would like to speak to the GM and I agreed. She then came back and said, "sorry, he's busy washing dishes."

They are good people, they serve well and they are very friendly.

This is the second time my husband has ordered pizza and it’s had a time and he’s shown up and it’s not been ready. Last week we waited over an hour for two pizzas and today he ordered on the app and is currently sitting inline can see his order and every employee has looked at him and not bothered to come to the window I understand being busy I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 6 years. One thing I always make sure I do is greet my customer busy or not at least acknowledge them and let them know they will be with them shortly . We’re highly dissatisfied with the lack of communication and customer service. We eat dominoes at that location atleast 2 times or more a week. Definitely considering going elsewhere for our next pizza night.

Loved trying the new Stuffed Pepperoni Cheesebread, Oven Baked Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwiches, & Diet Coke for my taste of my experience & it was all good.
