Domino's Pizza

Seriously the worst service. It took me at least 20 minutes just to place my order because Aiden who took my order had me repeat everything 2-3 times, spell my name twice. After an hour I get no food so I call. The manager Ryan tells me there has been a mistake, they put my order in for pick up. TELLS ME that it would be over an hour still to get my order. TELLS ME to pretty much cancel my order because they “were too busy and backed up. So I asked them to still deliver it. This is a he second time it’s taken 1-1.5 hours to get my order. I should have learned the first time but thought maybe it was just a bad night. So this is just fyi Update: just got my order, 2.5 hours later, cold af, and my toppings are wrong.

Memphis chicken pizza was excellent now this time not only was it too spicy to eat . It too 35 min to deliver 1.3 miles. Then i called to complain waited 10 min on hold got humg up on twice then got told it was the same as always . I have ordered it at least 10 time prior so it was not the same. We ordee pizza almost weekly for a treat . We spent between 30 and 50 dollars each time . Ill be going elsewhere. Your store on bst is just rude.

Got pizza to go little pricey. It was okay .

I placed an order online for delivery and it never arrived. I called the store and they offered to remake it. I said I would pick it up instead but they insisted on redelivering it. They said it would be here 30 minutes ago and it still isn’t here. Either order for pick-up from this store or don’t order at all.

Husband ordered pizza directly from the one on B street, about 5 minutes away from us. I know it's the holidays, and I've also worked in food service so I understand having a load of work for a low amount of employees. The issue is our order was made over an hour ago and they knew they were short on delivery drivers. My husband called when it passed an hour to check, to which they explained they were short staffed. Instead of remaking the food though, they sent us the old order, which was closer to 2 hours by the time it was delivered. It's not even mildy warm at this point. I wouldn't mind waiting if they took the extra step to hold off on making it or remade it when they received the call.
