Domino's Pizza

In this particular Domino's you will find Jackson and a team full of kind, courteous, and friendly neighborhood pizza enthusiasts. I have personally gone to this location for delivery and carryout and have always had great experiences with the food, people, and service. I was pleasantly surprised to know that Jackson and the staff remembered who I was, and took the time to talk with me and connect. Thank you to the entire staff and team for bringing happiness, joy, and delicious memories with each order and transaction. Through your generosity and intentional acts of service, I genuinely enjoy visiting the store, and look forward to fostering future connections with other staff members. Job well done, keep up the great work, and I look forward to my next order, and having the pleasure of interacting with each of you.

When you make a mistake, just take the L and move on. We picked up two pizzas one was made correctly and the other was not. We called the store and an employee (who was way more professional than the manager) puts us on hold to talk to a manager by the name of Jacob Varsalona who decided to take accountability for a pizza he did not make, make up a story telling us “I remember personally making your pizza myself and it was correct” while we are looking at the incorrect pizza in question but also states “we already have your replacement pizza in the oven” (which seems like you’re assuming we’re lying to get a free pizza). When my cousin offered to bring the pizza back and prove it the manager hangs up and proceeds to continue being rude after we came in for the replacement. After he couldn’t handle the same attitude we had to receive from him, he asks us to wait outside in below freezing temps while his girlfriend Haley strokes his ego as his dominoes “ride or die” claiming to have been next to him in his make believe pizza building story.

Jacob Varsalona the manager at this location is extremely rude. Our pizza was made incorrectly we called and spoke to brad who was polite and helpful. He told us we needed to talk to his manager (Jacob) about the situation. As soon as Jacob answered the phone he had an attitude. Told us he made our pizza and knew everything on it was correct. Didn’t even offer to let us bring the incorrect pizza back to show as proof. Then hangs up on us. Completely unprofessional and rude. When we went back to prove Jacob wrong about the pizza, Haley who is also a worker there wanted to tell us that she was next to him the whole time and he never did anything wrong, defending him.
