This dominos is terrible. The driver Luis really needs more training. Both times he ignored the directions for contactless delivery and then he proceeds to knock on the door, and stand there awkwardly like he's waiting for a tip (it was given in the app-- and also dude you aren't entitled to tips if a customer doesn't give you one too bad. They should but again you aren't entitled and it's just rude to stand there). Also both times this person took 35 minutes to deliver the pizza after leaving the store even though it's 5 mins away. Not sure if it's the driver or store issue but I'm not comfortable with either. Wont order from here again

Horrific deplorable customer service. Ordered on app. Claimed 28-38 minute ASAP delivery. Driver went past my house to deliver another order. Completely illogical. Driver arrived at my residence and sat on the phone for at least 10 minutes. I had to yell from my second floor balcony to get her attention while waving and she immediately said she didn't have my order without asking what I had ordered. I then told her she was my driver as I could see it on the app. She asked what my order was and I repeated it to her. She got in her car and left without saying a word. She claimed to her manager that I was "aggressive" and therefore they refused me service at all even when I went to calmy try to ask to pick up my order in person. But they refused service all together. Oh and I am a 100% disabled veteran who should not be leaving the house due to massive anxiety disorder, PTSD, major depression and bipolar disorder. So they decided today that messing around with a disabled vet was the best way they could attract customers. The fact that the driver took off with my order in the car when she could have given it to me, and then made me go to the store and find out they are refusing service is appalling and completely shameful. And then she lied to the manager about me. I dont understand how you could take someone waving you down and saying "Hellllooooo???" And how could I have been aggressive enough to make her leave if: A. She never said anything to me about any attitude or aggression. B. She asked me what my order was after claiming she didn't have it. After I gave her the full order she left without saying if she had it or not. She left without saying anything. The drivers name is Maria. Steer clear of this location until they get better management and staff. I will be reporting to the BBB and health officials. They crossed more than one line. Update as of 2/6/2024 Ordered delivery online. Accidentally ordered 2-16 piece bread bites(32) instead of 2-32 pieces. They combined them into 1-32 piece and charged me extra instead of being honest and charging for 1-32 piece. Then when I called to ask if I could pay the difference for another 32 piece, the employee was extremely rude and refused to work with me. This location has constant issues with its staff. It needs to be closed. I paid about $100 for this order and will be asking for a full refund.
Well I ordered 3 different times from this Domino's and it seems like they refused all three orders and I don't understand why. Maybe they are just lazy and lousy employees and it's holiday season? Either way very unacceptable as far as a consumer goes don't waste your time they will leave you hungry and being a retired veteran just really blows my mind they should just shut down shop. First is you be good to you.
Pizza left store at 6:43 but didn’t get to me until 30 mins later. Called store; they basically said I didn’t order priority so it is what it is, even though I paid $12 between fees and tip. Not happy
