Upon arrival for pickup, the service was prompt and efficient, with the staff being exceptionally courteous and ensuring that all safety protocols were followed. The food was outstanding - the pizza was hot and fresh, with a perfectly cooked crust and generous toppings, the tots were crispy and flavorful, and the cheesy bread was delightfully gooey and delicious. Furthermore, the customer service was top-notch; the staff made sure my order was correct and handled everything with professionalism, making the entire experience hassle-free. Burbank Domino's has definitely set a high bar for quality and service, earning a loyal customer in me and a well-deserved five stars.

This is just a pickup place...so there is no atmosphere to rate. Parking is very difficult, but the manager, Melanie, is incredible! I ordered 15 pizzas for a pizza party, and she was SO helpful.

I place my order yesterday, 3 medium pizza, but so poor on ingredients, was more cheese pizza so disappointed and is sad because is very close for home... Looking for different location
