I spent $56 on food just to wait almost 2 hours on the delivery… the worst part is the pizza was cold and dry

Terrible place to order pizza from. the pizza looked like it was microwaved and i found 2 STANDS OF HAIR IN MY PIZZA!! DO NOT recommend if your going there for pizza!

Terrible experience last night. Ordered a cheesy bread on line. An promised time of 8-10 minutes turned into an hour. There appeared to be more than enough staff. The cashier had a nonchalant attitude. He seemed more interested in giving me my money back than in anything else. He was more interested in playing around with the young lady working with him. Believe me customers that’s forced to wait for their order really don’t want to see this type of nonchalant behavior.

So the food is actually good whenever I do takeout. Granted, I'm a pizza addict so pizza is great regardless of where it's made in NY. With that being said, imma just stick to take-out pizza (or carry-out as they call it) cuz despite the fact that my card is pre-saved on my phone and that with a few clicks it's automatically saved to my food apps, for whatever reason I was not able to place an order both on the app and through the phone. No pizza? No biggie. That was until I checked my bank account and realized that Domino's was receiving payment of $29.35, which happened to be the total of the order I was trying to place. In fact, on my transactions page, I had paid the order nearly 6 times over but got my money back each time. I don't know why I couldn't place an order, despite technically placing an order. That sounded sketchy af, so I'll never do delivery again. For anyone who wants pizza at an affordable price, just do delivery from the little ceasers across the street. Pizzas are bigger while being less than $10 for a really large pie.

This has got to be the worst dominos on the planet. They are always late on delivery and when you call them they are very ghetto. I had to go into the store because I was waiting for 2 hours for my order. When I got there the employees argued with me and one of them threatened me. I am never going to order from that location ever again. Also the wings are very undercooked

This store been there for years. It was better 10+ years ago. There was a time period where they kept burning the food and I stuck with them. Wait times started increasing, I stuck with them. Sometimes delivery guys even came with others in the car with them to deliver, I still stuck with them. Delivery started going up, same, but I can't do it anymore. I ordered at 5:50 Pm and the delivery tracker didn't even say it got to my area until 7:40 and I'm still waitin and it's 8pm. Over 2 hours? I LIVE 7 BLOCKS FROM THE STORE! $28 for 2 items due to $7.99 delivery fee and tip. Cheese bread and 10 inch small pizza. That's crazy. Could just go the 3 Bros local pizza for $19, whole huge pie. Or chicken spot, $8 for a cheap pie. Lil cesars for $10-$15. I'm officially done with this Dominoes. Lived in this area since 1990. I call the store and all the staff got to say is "It's on the way he'll call you when he there" REALLY? no apology no explaination? Nothing? There is not a single time I ordered from anywhere in the past 5 years it has took 2+ hours. I had to edit my review after the delivery. The driver brought the wrong soda, I order diet Cola, and he tried to get another tip from me in cash. He aske me "no tip?" And I told him I added a tip through Dominoes app, he says oh the system don't work "any tip", I said no I tip already. So, lowering service stars.
