Domino's Pizza

When you don't pay a tip upfront they take longer to make your order, which I find is very disrespectful. I waited over an hour for my pizza and I live about 5 blocks away. Do better than that please, people work very hard for their money to be treated that way.

They forgot my order, after I've waited 50mins..WORST EVER

3 min away and still didn’t deliver after 2 hours. I really don’t recommend

NAIMUR is one of the most rudest delivery men I have crossed paths with in a very long time. He rang my bell. I was buzzing him into my lobby to meet him. (Domino's no longer delivers to your door.) He kept ringing the bell. I then spoke on the intercom, and he said nothing. Then he called. When I picked up, he hung up. I ran downstairs to meet him. I said hello he asked if I ordered Domino's I said yes, he proceeded to tell me he called 4 times I said you called me once and hung up when I answered he proceeded to rebut and his tone made me feel like he was annoyed. In order to end the interaction, I asked for my food. He snatched the bag off his bicycle and proceeded to bring up what he had done. I said, "I'm not gonna argue with you." I'm here you're here, and you've delivered my food. Thank you, be safe. He mumbled as he was walking away. Then I got angry and said, "You are fortunate. I can not take back my tip because now you just want to be a jerk. Love Domino's pizza. I hate Domino's service. I've been a loyal customer for 26 years Smh

Ordered a handmade pan pizza with extra sauce, I’m used to the level of quality from dominos and it’s always the same! However this pizza looked subpar to what it’s supposed to be. I’m not sure if they’re cheaping out on ingredients, but that wasn’t the worst part. It took over an hour to receive this and I understand sometimes things get backtracked, however the guy showed up with animosity because I had not put a tip on the order (was going to give cash) and did not let go of the pizza until I put a percentage of tip on the order. Needless to say, I still get my dominos from my original store in Jackson Heights, Queens, will NEVER order from this store again!!!

Terrible delivery service & cold food. Waited over 2 hours for food on multiple occasions, and the driver was also rude.
