Domino's Pizza

Put an online order in, get to the store 30 minutes later, just started prepping. Ridiculous

Absolutely the best Domino's experience I've had. I don't really write a lot of reviews but the delivery driver Jason gave me no choice this guy is awesome, great service, great attitude. Dude gave me 5 star restaurant service from pizza delivery deserves all the success he can get. Manager i spoke to was awesome as well i forgot his name too many brain injuries sorry man. Great team, great pizza

Stuck in a hotel with no restaurants nearby. This was without a doubt one of the best delivery pizzas I have ever had. And it was on time. Plus it was the first time ever I ordered from Domino's. They will now have a new customer.

I generally don’t write reviews on fast food. I feel like it’s a given on what I’m getting. This store is different, the employee went above and beyond to give the best service possible. Unfortunately a customer came in and took the wrong order (that one being mine). Q (the employee) went outside to see if they were still there, not upset but more understanding that mistakes happen. His patience and demeanor at work is something that I personally look up to. He apologized immensely, chatted with me, and had the food out in no time. He made my day. As someone who works in the industry I look up to him. Job well done Q. The food as always was exactly what I needed. Keep it up!

I wish I could leave zero stars. What the heck happened to ANY Customer Service? I placed my order for pick up, the manager on duty was from another location (this absolved him of any and everything), he was doing some sort of paperwork/training at the register. He was not nice at all! I opened the extra tater tots I was going to try for the first time and they were burnt to a black crisp. He looked at them, for the third time letting me know this was not his store, not his problem. An employee explained it was their ovens. Said they have been begging for a replacement for a long time. In the meantime, they can't help burning this dish. WHAT? Wait a minute, you knew id be picking up tater tots that tasted like charcoal but said nothing? I asked for salt, they needed some, well, well, can you imagine, no salt. I wanted to try one from the center, yuck charcoal covered in cheese. Me. Charm School Drop Out, saw the mess, and asked me what is like him to do about it? Honestly, a manager? My order total was twenty-six dollars, I will NEVER give Domino's another nickel. >Disgrace of the Dominos Name< The delivery service was great, but I give a one star because the food quality was trash. - To expand on this, I worked for Dominos for 8 years. This is supposed to be a "Cheesy bread" It's 33% plain bread, which is NOTHING like it should be, and I paid more for this than I would at the company I worked for.

I put in an online order everything went smoothly. It was taking a while to get here so I checked the tracker. The driver was outside I kept trying to look out the door to see if he was outside my office but I didn't see anyone. Then I saw him drive away on the tracker. So I called the store and right from the start the person who answered the phone was rude. he said did you call the driver I said no can you do that I am currently at work and he continued to argue with me about contacting the driver on the app. I dont have the app I ordered through the website. I told him all I want is my food the address was correct he double-checked it. I asked to speak to a manager and he said we are speaking right now and refused to put a manager on I asked him the manager's name he said I could find it online. He refused to give a name then he said John doe being really disrespectful. At this time I did not trust my food and had to cancel my order because the person on the other end did not seem to be trustworthy. I can't believe you would have such a low life working in customer service. So now I don't have dinner and its too late to order any more. I hope dominoes makes this right because as of right now they lost a customer.

They sent me the wrong pizza, and they didn't give me compensation, order 40 today
