Domino's Pizza

We order all the time get the same thing 3 pizza and hot well when I get my order I automatically notice my wings smelt sweet like BBQ sauce open it up look like Buffalo smelt like BBQ I do not like BBQ and all they legit did was smell it then put more hot sauce on it who does that I did not take it worst experience ever these kids were sassy and manager or looked like might be manager had a rode smirk on her face

My kids love Domino. Customer service was horrible even the manager. They did not listen to Customer.

Placed an order online at a hotel. Was cancelled because "they don't deliver to this hotel" even though the app said this location offers delivery. Now it is too late to order from another chain. AWFUL.

The manager was very rude and I didn't appreciate it. I tell them the same thing everytime I order my pizza. "No garlic seasoning on my pizza" my kids throw up everytime they add that garlic seasonings and Repeatedly they do the same mistake. Last time I ordered 50$ worth of pizza for my daughter's Birthday and because they ignored my instructions my baby ended up not eating and it hurt my feelings, I called the store and the same manager started catching attitude with me. The least he could have done was have the courage to apologize for hurting a little girl's feelings on her Birthday, instead he started being rude on the phone. I had visitors in the house so I just hanged up but that's it I'm not going back there again to be insulted and disrespected. Management is not good at all and customer satisfaction isn't valued. Update: still rude, manager was very rude to a friend. The cashiers however they were polite, so I guess the problem is with management ‍♀️

Cleanliness horrible. Staff puts personal cell phones inside open pizza boxes on the table awaiting the food. Staff can then read and surf tictok while waiting on hot pizza to roll out. They then put the food exactly where the nasty phone was. They wear gloves but the gloves are all over nasty personal phones.Where else do the gloves go? Hygiene is sad. Food and safety fail for health department codes. Location needs better management.
